The Rolling Stones
The Rolling Stones are an English rock band, formed in London in April 1962 by Brian Jones, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts.
August 21, 1976: The Rolling Stones perform a two-and-a-half hour show, headlining and closing the Knebworth Fair festival at Knebworth Park in front of 200 000. Lynyrd Skynyrd, 10cc and Todd Rundgren are among the other acts. Paul and Linda McCartney are among the audience.
